Dr. Thomas Petry, Managing Director of ToxMinds BVBA, is a product safety and regulatory affairs consultant with almost 20 years industry, consulting and research experience in the human safety assessment of chemical exposures occurring at the workplace, through their use or presence in consumer products or via the environment. He is a European registered toxicologist (ERT) as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT) and earned his Ph.D. in toxicology from the Institute of Toxicology of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) of Zurich in 1994.

Dr. Francesca Tencalla, Director at ToxMinds BVBA, is an (eco)toxicology and regulatory affairs consultant with over 18 years of industry and research experience in the human and environmental safety assessment of chemicals, metals, agrochemicals and pharmaceuticals. She is a European registered toxicologist (ERT) and earned her Ph.D. in (eco)toxicology from the Institute of Toxicology of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) of Zurich in 1995.

Ms. Nim Ranggasami, Managing Consultant at ToxMinds BVBA, is a toxicology and regulatory affairs consultant with over 10 years of industry experience in the human and environmental safety assessment of substances. She is a European registered toxicologist (ERT) and earned her MSc in toxicology from the University of Surrey, UK in 2000.

Dr. Adrian Nordone, Managing Consultant at ToxMinds BVBA, is a toxicology and regulatory affairs specialist with 20 years industry, consulting and research experience which includes preclinical safety assessment of pharmaceuticals, human and environmental safety assessment of cosmetics, consumer products, specialty chemicals and petrochemicals. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT) and earned his Ph.D. in toxicology in 1994 from Clemson University, South Carolina.

Dr. Urs Friederich, Consultant at ToxMinds BVBA, is an ecotoxicology and environmental risk assessment consultant with other 30 years of industry, research and consulting experience in the environmental risk assessment of industrial chemicals and biocides. He is a biologist and worked after completion of his Ph.D. thesis for 10 years as a Researcher in genetic toxicology at the Institute of Toxicology of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) of Zurich.

Ms. Daniela Jeronimo Roque is a Researcher at ToxMinds BVBA since 2011. She supports the team in conducting thorough desktop searches,(eco)toxicological hazard assessments, QSAR and exposure modeling. Daniela has a biomedical license in Life Science and Health/Biology with a specialization in Nutrition. She obtained a master degree in health risk sciences at the University of Clermont-Ferrand in France.

Ms. Danièle van Haute is the good soul of the ToxMinds team. She has been part of ToxMinds since 2009 and plays a crucial role both in organizing the accountancy and in providing administrative support to the team.

Our core team is further supported by a group of five skilled and enthusiastic research analysts, all with a university degree in life sciences and specialization (i.e. MSc or Ph.D.) in toxicology, environmental chemistry or pharmacology.
